Eli Image is an independent film production and distribution company founded in 2018 by Elaheh Nobakht presenting the newest Iranian films including documentaries and feature films. It also strives to introduce the new generation of Iranian cinema to the world. The latest films produced and distributed by Eli Image are “Dream’s Gate,” selected at Berlinale 2023; “Silent House,” selected at IDFA 2022; “The Apple Day,” selected at Berlinale 2022; “Beloved,” selected at IDFA 2018, Berlinale 2019, Hot Docs 2019 (received the best film award selected by audiences); and “Holy Bread” selected at Hot Docs 2021 and IDFA 2020. Eli Image is also the international distributor of the documentary film “Finding Farideh”, an Iranian official entry in Oscar 2020.
